Go to Products in your dashboard. Click Add product. Upload image, name, price, description, and category.

Go to Settings → Payments. Add your UPI ID (e.g. 9876543210@upi). Enable UPI, COD, or both.

How to use

Managing orders from your dashboard

Every order placed through WhatsApp appears in your Orders dashboard automatically. You can see customer name, product ordered, amount, delivery address, and payment status — all in one place.

Order lifecycle

Pending — order placed, awaiting payment confirmation
Paid — UPI payment received and confirmed
Processing — you're preparing the order
Fulfilled — order dispatched to customer
Cancelled — order cancelled by customer or you

Sending the catalogue manually

Go to Products in your dashboard
Click the Share Catalogue button in the top bar
Enter the customer's phone number
Click send — AI sends the full catalogue with images

Frequently asked questions

Does the customer need to install any app to order?

No. Everything happens inside WhatsApp, which the customer already has. They chat with your AI, see product images, confirm their order, and pay via UPI link — all without downloading anything new.

Which UPI apps are supported for payment?

All Indian UPI apps are supported — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and any other UPI-compatible app. The payment link opens whichever UPI app the customer has on their phone.

How do I know when an order is placed?

Every new order appears immediately in your Orders dashboard. You also get a WhatsApp notification with the order details — customer name, product, quantity, address, and payment method. You can then update the order status from your dashboard.

Can I add product images from my phone?

Yes. When adding or editing a product in your dashboard, you can upload images directly from your phone's camera roll or computer files. Images are stored securely and sent to customers by the AI automatically. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.

Can I offer both UPI and COD on the same order?

Yes. When payment options are configured in Settings, the AI presents both UPI and COD as choices to the customer during order confirmation. The customer picks their preferred method. You can also disable COD if you prefer UPI-only payments.

How many products can I add to the catalogue?

On paid plans you can add unlimited products. The AI intelligently summarises the catalogue when sending it to customers — listing product names and prices clearly even with a large catalogue.

Will the AI suggest products automatically or do I need to trigger it?

The AI suggests products automatically based on what customers say. If they ask "what do you have?", "show me products", or mention something specific like "I need almonds", the AI immediately pulls from your product catalogue and responds with relevant items. No manual triggering needed.
